Description

Heys Farmhouse and the adjoining barn date from the late 18th century. They are constructed from hammer-dressed watershot stone and feature a graduated stone slate roof. The farmhouse is a two-bay, two-storey structure with a barn to the left. A 20th-century porch has been added to the front, along with a late 18th-century bay on the right side. There is a blocked door to the right of the porch. The building has three and four-light recessed flat-faced mullion windows, as well as gable chimney stacks. The rear features two, three, four, and five-light windows. This listing is included for its group value.
