Description

The property is a farmhouse, dating to 1720 but largely rebuilt in the late 18th century. It is constructed from hammer-dressed watershot stone with a graduated stone slate roof. The farmhouse has a double-depth plan, with three bays and three storeys. It features quoins and a modillion eaves cornice. The central entrance is a four-panel door with a dressed surround and a four-pane overlight. Windows are arranged as four-light windows to bays one and three, and a two-light window to bay two, all featuring recessed flat-faced stone mullions. Similar two-, three-, and four-light windows are found in the gables and to the rear, generally with recessed chamfered mullions. The building has gable chimney stacks. A blocked taking-in door is also present.
