Description

Albion Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse located on Saddleworth Oldham Road in Wall Hill. It is constructed from hammer-dressed watershot stone and features a graduated stone slate roof. The building has a three-bay single-depth plan, two storeys high, with a wing at the rear right. The front door, which is obscured by a 20th-century porch, has a dressed stone surround. There are a total of four six-light windows and one two-light window, all symmetrically arranged and featuring recessed flat-faced stone mullions. The farmhouse is topped with gable chimney stacks that have watertabling and oversailing courses.
