House, now dental laboratory, and attached railings. c1800, with alterations c1870. Brick with rendered basement, ashlar dresings and pantile roof with single rendered side wall stack. 3 storeys; single window range. First and second floors have each a single plain sash with multi keystone lintel. ground floor has to right a wooden doorcase with Roman Doric columns and dentillated cornice, with half-glazed 4-panel door and plain fanlight. To left, a square wooden bay window with dentillated cornice and a central plain sash flanked by single smaller round-headed plain sashes. Basement has a central plain sash. Outside, plain cast-iron area railings.
