Description

Prince's House, now a dental laboratory, is located on Jarratt Street in Kingston upon Hull. It was built around 1800 and underwent alterations around 1870. The building is constructed of brick with a rendered basement and features ashlar dressings. It has a pantile roof with a single rendered side wall stack. The house is three storeys tall and has a single window range.

On the first and second floors, there is a single plain sash window on each floor, both with multi keystone lintels. The ground floor features a wooden doorcase with Roman Doric columns and a dentillated cornice, which frames a half-glazed four-panel door and a plain fanlight. To the left of the entrance, there is a square wooden bay window with a dentillated cornice, containing a central plain sash flanked by two smaller round-headed plain sashes. The basement has a central plain sash window. Surrounding the property, there are plain cast-iron area railings.
