Description
No. 14 Off Botanic Road is a former pair of houses, now a single dwelling, likely built in the late 17th century or early 18th century, with some alterations. The building is constructed of whitewashed brick and features a thatched roof. It has a long, single-depth plan, which suggests it may have originally been two separate units.
The exterior is one storey high and has a six-window range. Most of the windows are restored three-light sliding sashes, except for the leftmost window, which is a fixed four-pane window. There is a doorway located between the fifth and sixth windows, featuring a boarded door and side windows. The building also has single-flue gable chimneys.
The property is part of a group with Nos. 2, 4, and 6, as well as No. 10. The interior has not been inspected.
