Description
This is a house located at 10 Off Botanic Road in Churchtown, Southport. It is probably from the early 19th century and has been altered over time. The building is made of whitewashed brick and has a slate roof. It has a single-depth, two-unit plan, with a small added front porch and a back extension.
The exterior features one storey and a two-window range. There is a 20th-century lean-to porch, with segmental-headed sliding sash windows that have two lights on the left and three lights on the right. The house has gable chimneys.
