Description
Two houses, located at 64 and 66 Botanic Road, Southport, were likely built in the mid-19th century. They are constructed with grey roughcast rendering over common brick, and have a slate roof. The houses have a double-depth plan, with number 64 being single-fronted and number 66 double-fronted.
The exterior presents a two-storey, three-window facade. Number 64 has an altered shop front at ground floor level. Number 66 features a square-headed doorway slightly offset to the right, with a board door and a chamfered stone lintel. To the right of the doorway is a small, fixed window, and a single-pane sash window to the left. The first floor has three two-light casement windows, each with raised sills and chamfered stone lintels. The interior of the property was not inspected.
