Description
This is a house located at 28 Knob Hall Lane, likely built in the late 18th century, which has been altered and enlarged over time. The exterior features white painted render, probably over brick, and a slate roof that is hipped to the left, with a painted brick chimney. The house has a single-depth, two-unit plan, with an added rear wing on the left side.
The building is a single storey with a two-window range. There is a small lean-to porch in the center beneath a roof that extends down, and renewed three-light sliding sash windows on both the left and right sides. A ridge chimney is present, along with a 20th-century two-light window in the left return wall.
The house forms a group with the adjacent No. 26 on the right and No. 24 further along.
