House. Probably later C18; altered and enlarged. White painted render (probably on brick), slate roof hipped to left, with painted brick chimney. Single-depth 2-unit plan (plus added rear wing to left). EXTERIOR: single storey; 2-window range. Small lean-to porch in centre under carried down roof, and renewed 3-light sliding sash windows to left and right. Ridge chimney. C20 2-light window in left return wall. INTERIOR: not inspected. Forms group with No.26 adjoining to right (qv) and No.24 adjoining that (qv).
