Description

This is a house, likely built in the late 18th or early 19th century, with two distinct building phases and later alterations, including changes in the late 20th century. The exterior is faced with randomly scratched render, which was previously scored, and is painted white. The roof is slate, covering two levels. The house follows a double-depth plan, consisting of one and two units.

Externally, the house is two storeys high with a three-window front, with a slightly higher single-window section on the left. All windows are late 20th-century three-light casements with diamond-leaded glazing, and those in the main range replaced earlier sliding sash windows. A gabled porch, also from the 20th century, covers the front doorway, positioned between the second and third windows. Chimneys are located at the gables of both sections of the building. The interior of the house has not been inspected.

The house is part of a group, featuring a cohesive appearance with numbers 1, 3, 5, 7 on one side of a lane, and numbers 4 to 14 on the opposite side.
