Description

The Clock Tower is a 19th-century structure located on Tower Road. It is built in the Perpendicular style and features an ashlar construction. The tower has a battlemented parapet above the top stage, which houses the clock. The main stage of the tower is long and has tall sunk panels with bell-openings above and narrow slit windows below. It stands on a stepped plinth and includes a large entrance porch to the west with an open archway.
