Description

The Bell Tower is a detached structure dating from the 13th century, built from coursed sandstone rubble. It is located in the churchyard, approximately 18 meters south of the chancel arch. The tower is square and consists of three stages, featuring two string courses, upper weathering, and an embattled parapet. Each of the first two stages has a single lancet window on each face, while the bell stage has two lancets on each face. The entrance is slightly set forward on the north face and has a pointed arched head with two chamfered orders. There is a clock face on the south side of the second stage, and a tall central finial with a weathervane adorns the top.
