Description

The Cottage is a house dating from the 18th century, constructed of brick with a slate roof. It has a single-depth layout with a central entrance that faces north and features a left end axial stack. The building stands two storeys high and has a string course. It includes three windows with flat gauged brick arches; there are 2-light cross-casements flanking a central blocked opening, an enlarged 3-light window to the left, and similar 2-light windows to the right of the doorway. The doorway is adorned with a moulded architrave, a plain overlight, and a six-panelled door. The Cottage is part of a pair with Bosbury Press located to the left.
