Description

21 Cleveland Terrace is a mid-19th century, two-storey, three-bay villa constructed of pinkish brick. It features a moderately low pitched hipped slate roof with bracketed eaves soffit. The building has stuccoed lintels and stone bracketed cills above recessed sash windows. Carved consoles support cornices over the ground floor windows. Access to the villa is via five steps with cast iron handrails leading to a six-panel door set in a panelled reveal. This door has a cornice head and an oblong fanlight, all framed by a wood doorcase with panelled pilasters and a bracketed cornice on side consoles.
