Description
This is a two-storey, two-window house, dating from the early to mid-19th century and representing the last surviving building of an original terrace. The house is constructed of pinkish brick, with a low-pitched slate roof and a ridge stack. The window lintels are stuccoed, and the sills are stone. It contains sash windows. A ground floor canted bay features pilasters and an entablature. A five-panel door is located on the left-hand side, with a cornice head and an oblong fanlight containing margin lights, all within a wooden doorcase of pilasters and an entablature.
