Description

No 104 on Coniscliffe Road is a two-storey, three-window house built in the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of pinkish brick and features a moderately low-pitched slated roof with end chimneys. The house has stone cills and lintels above recessed sash windows that include glazing bars. The entrance is marked by a four-panel door set within a Doric doorcase, which is adorned with engaged fluted columns and a modillion cornice.
