Description
30 Archer Street is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys high and features two windows. It is constructed of pinkish brick and has a low-pitched slated roof with a chimney at the left end. The original recessed sash windows are adorned with delicate glazing bars, with each sash containing eight panes, all set beneath stuccoed lintels. The entrance consists of a four-panel door topped by an oblong fanlight with margin lights. The doorcase is decorated with wooden pilasters and an entablature.
