Description

This is a mid-18th century house, later used as a shop, with alterations made in the early 20th century. It is constructed of red brick, which has been rendered and colourwashed. The roof is slate, with raised brick gables and a single gable stack. The front of the building faces the street and presents a single bay. To the right is a recessed doorway, and to the left, a plate glass window situated above a fascia board with a dentilated frieze. Above the window is a single glazing bar sash window. The interior retains a narrow staircase.
