Description

This is an early 19th-century house on Church Street in Dunnington. The building is constructed of pinkish-brown brick with a pantile roof. It is two storeys high with a single window on the first floor. The front door is a six-panel design, located under a fanlight with radial glazing bars, and is set within a doorcase featuring fluted pilasters supporting an open dentil pediment. The windows are 16-pane sashes, each set under a painted cambered arch. A brick stack is located at one end of the building.
