Description
Holly Hill Farmhouse is a mid-19th century, two-storey, three-bay villa. It has a fairly low-pitched hipped slate roof with a deep eaves soffit. The exterior is constructed of yellow brick, with a first-floor band. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, each set within a gauged brick flat arch. External louvred shutters are present. A modern half-glazed double door, featuring a patterned radial fanlight, is set within a round gauged brick arch. Later additions have been made to the rear of the property.
