Description

Greenmead Cottage is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay villa built of painted brick. It has a low-pitched slate roof with an eaves soffit and end chimneys, which are now pebble-dashed. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set under gauged brick arches. Later external louvred shutters have been added. The entrance features a six-panel door with a cornice head and a patterned fanlight, set within a round-arched recess and framed by impost blocks. A later round hood, supported by brackets, has been added above the door.
