Description

Cedar Bank is an early 19th century, two-storey villa with three windows. It features a low-pitched, hipped slate roof with deep eaves and a string course below. The building is constructed of yellow stock brick, with a stuccoed cill band on the first floor. The side sections of the villa project slightly. It has recessed sash windows with glazing bars, which are topped by gauged, flat brick arches set in stucco-lined reveals. The entrance includes a four-panel door with a cornice head and a rectangular fanlight that also has glazing bars.
