Description
Nos 10 and 11 on Pendleton Road are a 16th-century timber-framed house that stands two storeys high and consists of three bays, with an additional bay on the left made of painted brick and a modern lean-to on the right. The house features visible timber framing with painted brick infill and has a high-pitched tiled roof, with a chimney at the right end that has offsets. The structure includes stout posts and two large braces supporting the central bays. The first floor has horizontal sliding sash windows, while the ground floor has modern small-paned casements. There is a small tiled bellcast at the first-floor level, and the interior showcases much good exposed timber.
