Description

Fore Acres is a 16th-century house located on Aldham Ford Street. It is timber framed, with the framing attached to the outer walls. The building has two storeys and two bays, featuring a central chimney and a chimney bay. At the rear, there is a lean-to structure. The central chimney stack is made of red brick and is of recent date. On the first floor, there is a range of three windows, consisting of pairs of six-pane casements. The house has a modern porch and modern casements on the left and right. The roof is ridged and gabled, covered with pantiles.
