Description

Nevards Farmhouse is a 16th-century house located in Great Horkesley. It has two bays with a central chimney bay and is two storeys high, framed in timber. At the rear, there is an extension that forms a T-plan. The front elevation is plastered and features two casement windows on each storey, with pairs of three-light Gothic windows. The roofs are ridged and gabled, covered with peg tiles and topped with crested blue glazed ridge bonnets. A central red brick chimney stack has three octagonal shafts.
