Description
Colboys is a 16th-century house located in Horne, with a timber frame set on a rendered plinth to the left and brick infill. It features a plain tiled hipped roof with gablets at both ends and stacks on the left side and front right. The house has two storeys and attics, with a leaded casement dormer on the right. There are four framed bays, with three leaded casement windows on the first floor. The ground floor has angle bay casement windows beneath hipped roofs, supported by central brackets. The entrance features a ribbed door flanked by leaded margin lights, all within a glazed leaded timber framed porch that has brick dado walls. To the rear, there is a wing that is tile hung on the first floor.
