Description
Hatchlands Farmhouse is a villa built around 1840, featuring two storeys and three windows. It has a fairly low pitched, hipped roof that is slated, with eaves soffit. The building is constructed from yellow brick and includes gauged flat brick arches above the sash windows, which have glazing bars set in stucco lined reveals. The central entrance door consists of six panels and is topped by a fanlight with margin lights. This door is framed by a moulded architrave, with a frieze and cornice above it. To the right, there is a small, set back extension that is one storey high and made of red brick.
