Description
Neasham House is an early 19th-century villa that stands two storeys high and features three windows. The building is constructed of pinkish brick and has a low-pitched hipped roof covered with slate, with eaves soffits. Two brick stacks nearly fill the short ridge of the roof. The first-floor sash windows have gauged flat brick arches and glazing bars set in stucco-lined reveals. On the ground floor, there are tripartite sash windows with narrow engaged column mullions and an entablature above. The entrance features an eight-panel door with an oblong fanlight, set within a stone doorcase that includes pilasters, a frieze, a cornice, and a blocking course. Additionally, there is a stone cill band at the first floor.
