Description

House at 11 Front Street, built in the 18th century, features coursed squared chisel-dressed sandstone with a painted tooled plinth, quoins, and ashlar dressings. The roof is made of Welsh slate with stone gable coping and a brick-coped ashlar chimney. The building has two storeys and three bays. There are steps leading up to a central door that has two vertical panels and an overlight, all within a corniced stone surround. The windows are late 19th century sashes set in plain stone surrounds. The roof has right gable coping on a moulded kneeler, and there are end chimneys with plinths, cornices, and added brick coping.
