Description
39 Monnow Street is a three-storey building with a single bay and a double depth plan. The street-facing front is made of painted brick and features a Welsh slate roof. The ground floor has an early 20th-century shopfront that has been altered, with an entrance on the right, a panelled stall-riser, and a two-light display window, along with an altered fascia. On the first floor, there is an eight over six pane sash window with a keyed head, while the second floor has a four over eight pane window. The roof has a hipped gable end. The rear elevation has not been seen, and the interior has not been inspected during the resurvey.
