Description
50 Monnow Street is a three-storey building with a rendered and painted front, likely over brick, and a Welsh slate roof. It features a double depth central entrance plan and has three windows across its facade. The ground floor accommodates shops with plain pilasters and a fascia. The first floor has six over six pane sash windows, with the outer windows having additional half panes on either side. The upper floor windows are three over six panes, similar to those below. The roof is plain, with rendered stacks on each gable. The rear elevation has not been observed, and the interior was not seen during the resurvey.
