Description

Nos. 48 and 50 Monnow Street Rendered and painted front, probably over brick, Welsh slate roof. Double depth central entrance plan. Three storeys, three windows. Ground floor shops with plain pilasters and fascia. First floor has 6 over 6 pane sashes, the outer ones with additional half panes on either side. The upper floor windows are 3 over 6 panes as before. Plain roof with rendered stack on either gable. Rear elevation not seen.
