92 Monnow Street

Nos. 92 and 94 Monnow Street Rendered and painted, probably over brick, Welsh slate roof with red brick stack. Double depth plan with rear wings. Three storeys, one window each. The ground floor has a Regency character small paned shop window on either side of the central entrance to rear. 6 x 4 pane shopwindow to No. 92 and 5 x 4 to No. 94, doors on right (92) and left (94) glazed in small panes, all late C20. Continuous fascia. The upper floor windows are all 2 over 2 pane sashes with stone cills, the second floor ones being smaller. Low pitch roof with stack on left gable. Rear elevation not seen.
