Description
This is a single-storey former cottage at Glyn Berws, built from whitewashed rubble stone and topped with a corrugated iron roof. The cottage features rubble stone end chimneys, with the one on the right being larger and partly obscured by a taller outbuilding added to its right. The facade is notably offset to the left, with a doorway situated between two small windows, which have stone voussoirs. To the left, there is a four-pane small sash window, while to the right, there is a five-pane sash window. The windows do not have sills.
The outbuilding to the right is also constructed from rubble stone and has a corrugated iron roof. It is built against the end wall of the cottage and the chimney. The left side of the outbuilding features a door opening on each floor with a lintel between them, and there is one boarded window located at the centre-right of the ground floor. The rear of both the cottage and the outbuilding is overgrown and not visible.
