Description

This is a red-painted cast-iron telephone kiosk located outside The Old Post Office. It features a shallow-domed top and a George VI crown in the lunettes above the glazed panels that are lettered "Telephone." The door and sides have glazing divided into eight bands, each with marginal glazing bars. The rear is blank and displays a maker's plaque from the Carron Company in Stirlingshire.
