Description
This is a single-storey former cottage located on the south side of Llangunnor churchyard. The building is constructed of rubble stone and features a corrugated iron roof, which has replaced the original thatch. On the left side, there is a large square stone chimney stack. The openings in the cottage are set under wooden lintels. To the left of the center, there is a wide doorway that is boarded up. To the right of this doorway, there are two irregularly placed windows, although only the right-hand window has glazing. The right gable end of the cottage is overgrown, while the left gable end has an added projection that was roofless at the time of inspection.
