Description
Neuadd Fach is a single-unit, 1½-storey cottage constructed of rubble stone, featuring a steep corrugated iron roof and a tall stone chimney on the right side. The openings in the cottage have wooden lintels. On the left side, there is a ribbed boarded door, and to the right of this door is an enlarged window. Above the left side, there is a small 2-light dormer with a raked roof. The right gable end includes a small-pane attic window on the left side. At the back, there is a weatherboarded outshut.
Attached to the left (downhill) end of the cottage is a lower stable, also made of rubble stone and topped with a steep corrugated iron roof. This stable features a central boarded door. The left gable end of the stable has a boarded door on the left side and a weatherboarded gable with another boarded door. The property has not been inspected.
