Description
Lluest is a 1½-storey cottage constructed of rubble stone, topped with a slate roof and featuring a square stone stack on the left side. The openings in the building have wooden lintels. To the left, there is a boarded door with a date-inscribed jamb. To the right of the door, there are two 2-light windows, although the glazing is missing. The right gable end includes a similar 2-light attic window and a small pantry window located lower on the right.
A corrugated iron roof connects the cottage to the attached cow house, covering a narrow passage between the two structures. The cow house is also made of rubble stone and has a slate roof, which is partly missing at the rear. The front of the cow house features two boarded doors and a weatherboarded loft, with a shuttered opening on the right side that was only partially fixed at the time of inspection. The left gable end has a boarded loft door beneath a brick segmental head. The rear of the cow house includes two tiers of ventilation strips.
The roof of the cow house is supported by tie beams with raking struts and consists of three bays.
