Description
The cow house at Cefn Ceido Farm is a lofted structure built from rubble stone with a corrugated metal roof. The front features a round-headed doorway on the right, which has voussoirs. To the left, there are five doorways; the central doorway has a replacement concrete lintel, while the others have wooden lintels, mostly fitted with split boarded doors. The loft area is primarily supported by open timber framing. On the right gable end, there are three stepped ventilation strips. An added lean-to is located against the left gable end. The rear of the building includes four manure-pitching holes and an open steel-framed lean-to. The roof consists of five bays supported by queen-post trusses, which provide access to the loft.
