Description
Penrally House is a two-storey, five-window house with an added bay on the left side, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of grey coursed stone and features a slate roof with three stone chimneys. The earlier part of the house includes three gabled dormers with modern nine-pane glazing. The first floor has five twelve-pane sash windows, each with voussoir heads. The central doorway is framed by a pedimented doorcase and includes an overlight with intersecting tracery above a six-panelled door. There are two twelve-pane sash windows on either side of the doorway. The added bay on the left has a large gabled dormer, a single window on the first floor, and on the ground floor, a doorway with a cambered head to the left and a large window with a cambered head to the right. The property also includes forecourt railings.
