Description

The former Tourist Information Centre is a building with a rendered exterior and an old slate roof, featuring three stone chimney stacks that are set diagonally towards the rear. The stacks have a noticeable lean to the right, and the central stack has been extended upwards in brick. The gable end of the building faces the street and has a bracketed gable that overhangs a first-floor window, which jetties over the shop window below. To the left, the render has been removed to reveal timber with the repeated date '1683'. Continuing to the left, there is a small-pane shop window with weatherboarding below it, along with a half-glazed entrance doorway.
