Description
Maesbryncoch is a 2-storey house featuring three windows, constructed from rubble stone with a slate roof and a square brick chimney on the left side. The openings are positioned to the right of center. The central door is boarded and includes a glazed panel, framed by brick jambs and a segmental head. The windows are replacement 2-light wood-framed casements set in their original openings, now with added brick sills, except for a larger window on the lower left that has a brick segmental head. The window on the lower right has a wooden lintel, while the upper-storey windows are located beneath the eaves.
To the right, there is a weatherboarded former stable that has been converted for domestic use. The rear of the cottage features one inserted window. The property has not been inspected.
