Description

Grove Villa is a two-storey house featuring three windows, constructed from rubble stone with a slate roof. It has a 19th-century brick chimney stack on the right and a later brick stack on the left. The openings are topped with segmental stone heads. The windows are two-light casements, each consisting of a large pane below smaller panes, with thick glazing bars. The lower right window is offset toward the center. The central doorway has a boarded door. The right gable end is adjacent to Smithy Cottages, while the left gable end includes a window on the lower left that matches the style of the front windows. A lower rear wing is set back from the left gable end. The property has not been inspected.
