Description
This 17th-century barn, located to the west of Tref Nannau Bank, is timber framed and consists of three bays. It features a corrugated iron roof, while a lower annex at the southeast end is constructed of stone with a slate roof. The wall frame is three panels high, with the top panel still showcasing its original woven wood infilling, although the walls have been later covered in weatherboarding. The trusses include tie beams, queen posts supporting the collar, and raking struts on the end trusses that are trenched for a double tier of purlins. Additionally, the lower bay is separated by a central post and tension struts.
