Description
Preswylfa is a building constructed from grey-brown snecked rubble with painted freestone dressings and a slate roof. The entrance front faces north and features three gables, each adorned with a Gothic-arched window. The first floor has square-headed windows, with three in the central bay and one in each end bay. On the ground floor, there is a small porch, a rectangular bay window to the left, and a single square-headed window to the right.
The west elevation includes two gables, each with a Gothic-arched window. The first floor has both pointed and square-headed windows, while the ground floor features a semi-hexagonal bay window on the right.
The south elevation also has three gables, each with a Gothic-arched window, and the lower floors are designed in a similar but simpler style to the north and west sides.
The east elevation has been somewhat altered, including the addition of a fire escape.
