Description
Bryn-Derwen Hall is a two-storey building with attics, constructed from polygonal rubble stonework and featuring limestone dressings, topped with slate roofs. The northwest front showcases two unequal gables. It has a boarded door with a triangular arch and a hood mould supported by carved head stops. Above the door, there is a two-light shouldered window set in a pointed arched opening with a quatrefoil at the top. The larger gable on the right includes stone mullioned and transomed windows on both floors, with twin lights in the attic gable. Similar windows are found on either side of this gable. The eaves are bracketed. The main southeast front features two and three-light stone mullioned and transomed windows, a gable at the southwest end, and a canted bay window on the ground floor that rises to a square shape on the first floor. Brick stacks are present on the building.
