Description
Ochr Heulog is a pair of 2-storey cottages located at 1-2 Sunnyside in Tremadog. They are constructed from blocks of quarried stone laid in regular courses, featuring stone lintels, a renewed slate roof, and a stone stack on the right side of each cottage. Cottage No. 1 is double-fronted with a central entrance that has a replacement half-glazed door and overlight. The windows are 2-pane sashes that have been replaced in their original openings, with the upper storey windows being shorter.
Cottage No. 2 has four windows. Its entrance is located to the right of the center and also features a replacement door and overlight. All windows in this cottage are replacements in earlier openings. To the right of the entrance, there is a doorway that has been converted into a window, along with a smaller window at the end. To the left of the entrance, there is a small window, a window in a former doorway, and a blocked small window at the left end. The upper storey of this cottage has four windows.
On the left gable end, which is pebble-dashed, there is an inserted window on the left side in the lower storey. Ochr Heulog is part of a group with 1-2 Y Graig (Sunnyside) in Tremadog. The property has not been inspected.
