Description
This is a short row of houses located within the group known as 3-5 Y Graig (Sunnyside), Tremadog. The houses are constructed of roughly dressed blocks of stone laid in regular courses, with stone and slate-stone lintels, a renewed slate roof, and four stone stacks, the right-hand stack being partially pebble-dashed.
The house at number 5, on the left, is double-fronted and features a replacement fielded-panel door with overlight. The lower storey has a horned sash window with 8 over 2 panes to the left, and a similar hornless sash with 6 over 2 panes to the right. The upper storey features hornless sashes with 8 over 2 panes.
House number 4 was originally a pair of single-fronted cottages. It has hornless sashes with 8 over 2 panes. A boarded door with overlight is positioned to the right of centre, and to the left of the door is a horned window in the location of a former doorway.
The house at number 3, at the right end of the row, was also formerly a pair of single-fronted cottages. A replacement boarded door with overlight is centrally located. Four-pane sashes are the windows; to the right of the entrance is a window in what was a former doorway. A single-storey lean-to has been added against the right gable end.
