Description
Logielea is a mid-Victorian detached villa located at 29 Kenilworth Road in Bridge of Allan. The building is constructed of plain snecked rubble and features a balanced yet asymmetrical design. It has two storeys and a three-window front, with a narrow one-window section at the center flanked by advanced gabled ends. The ground floor includes bays that are canted to the right and a shallow rectangular tripartite window to the left. The left-hand first-floor window is round-arched and has a blind two-light tympanum with a hoodmould, while the window to the right is also tripartite. The villa is topped with broad-eaved, slated roofs.
