Description

Mid Victorian Renaissance. Symmetrical detached villa in

extensive grounds, 2-storey and basement. Snecked rubble with

raised quoins. Entrance front, 1-window and centre coupled

column Ionic porch with balustraded parapet between advanced

ends with canted bays through all floors. 3-window flanks

with elegant slim columned and valanced verandahs; lean-to

conservatory addition on E. Low-pitched, piended, slated

roof.
