Description

35 Chalton Road is a mid-Victorian, two-storey detached villa constructed from snecked rubble. The building features an asymmetrical design with a three-window front. The left-hand bay is gabled and includes a canted bay window that extends through both floors. The porch at the center is cavetto-corbelled and gabled, with bargeboarding. There are dormer heads above the center and right-hand bays, while the right-hand ground floor window is bipartite. The villa has stop-chamfered openings, a broad-eaved platformed slated roof, and piended gablets on the eastern flanks.
